The Plan:
- get 7 1/2 hours of sleep each night
- no caffiene after 2:30pm
- no alcohol within 3 hours of bedtime
After 10 weeks, the women who experimented with this method had lost between 7 and 15 pounds (and the one who lost 7 was already skinny!).

I hate to burst your bubble but I do that. Okay, mind you I have been loosing weight but you can't just sleep and eat crap through out the day. Sleep definately helps though.

ReplyDeleteWow..wouldn't that be fabulous if it worked...I am a little skeptical though...think you need to do a little more than that...but I am sure it is a good start to weight loss and a healthy life
