Does God Speak to You?

Do you 'hear' God's voice?

Does God speak to you?

Do you believe God speaks to His people?

Tell me what you think. I really want to know!

Here are some great posts I've read lately about listening to and having a relationship with God...

I Love You, by Danielle (aka Mama Bird of Mama Bird Muses & Babbles)

If You Know Him, You Hear Him, by Sarah (aka Kingdom Mama of Kingdom Twindom + 1)

The Unsaved Christian, by Lysa TerKeurst

This post is part of a weekly Lent series, Without Question, where we are taking time to ask God the questions that are on our hearts and listen for His answers. Anyone is welcome to join - for just one post or for the entire series.

To participate, simply write a blog post (or if you don't have a blog, leave a comment) about what God has been speaking into your heart. In your post, provide a link back to this post. If you wish, you can also insert the WQ graphic in your post. Then insert the URL for your Without Question blog post in the McLinky below.

  1. I loved that post of Sarah's! Especially the part where she says that if Satan can convince Christians that they don't hear God's voice, then what more does he have to do? So true.

Thanks for the linky love, love. :)

  2. I hear God speak mostly through the Bible and Holy Spirit promptings.

  3. I have a post I have been working on for quite sometime about this very subject. It just isn't done yet. My answer is YES! Often through His word, I haven't audibly heard Him. I sometimes get an idea in my head that could have only come from Him. I check it with scripture if it fits I know it is from Him.

  4. Does God Speak To Me?
Yes. When I pray to God and ask for an answer, He answers me audibly.
I have been doing this for more than 10 years.
I usually phrase my questions for yes or no answers, but have heard him answer in sentences.

Alternately, you can check the box "email follow up comments to..." so that I can reply to you right here. (You will also receive other readers' comments using this method.)

I'm excited to get to know you better!
