Is it pathetic that I spent an hour in tears last night...watching "The Biggest Loser: Where are They Now?"
And if so many people can lose over 100 lbs, why is it so darn difficult for me to lose 20??
And why the heck does watching "The Biggest Loser" make me crave cake and potato chips like never before???

hahaha... when it comes to The Biggest Loser I have found a few things to be part and parcel...
ReplyDelete1. I cry at some point, every episode.
2. I wish I knew Jillian personally, every episode.
3. I, too, wonder why 10lbs in 3 months is so hard when they lose 60 in 3 months - minimum...
4. I think of the dumbest, worst-for-you things to eat while it is on... you know so that I am constantly eating the whole 2 hrs.
Good show though. Love it!
